What They Do
Three Parts,
One Job.
They work together to move water off your roof and away from your walls. If one fails, the others can't do their job either — which is why we usually replace them as a set.
Fascias
The boards running along the bottom edge of your roof, carrying the guttering. Traditionally timber — which rots. We fit uPVC that won't.
Soffits
The underside boards that close the gap between fascia and wall. They keep birds and weather out and ventilate the roof space.
Guttering
The channel that collects rainwater from the roof and feeds it into the downpipes, away from your foundations.
